Kyle’s practice focuses on a wide variety of litigation matters where he has had success appearing before both the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta as well as the Alberta Court of Justice.
Kyle takes a client focused approach to his files and when practicable takes pride in resolving claims prior to trial through both mediation and arbitration.
In his spare time Kyle enjoys all things sports related including hockey, baseball and football. He also enjoys getting outdoors to enjoy the mountains with friends whenever possible.
