Jessica works with individuals and companies to find creative, practical, and cost-effective solutions to meet their needs. Practicing primarily in the area of Family Law and Civil Litigation, Jessica is passionate about helping clients transition through life events. Jessica recognizes that each client has different needs, and helps guide them in a direction that best suits their ultimate interests by educating and collaborating with them on the procedural and legal implications of their matter.
Jessica encourages clients to settle matters through mediation, negotiation, and by agreement. When that is not feasible, Jessica is adept at appearing in Court on clients’ behalves, having successfully appeared before the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta and Provincial Court of Alberta on numerous occasions.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with friends and family, outdoor activities, and arts, music, and theatre.
